U Like Homewares is located in Melbourne Australia and all goods are shipped from our store location using Toll Transport. Delivery costs are not included in any quotes generated by our online store. All shipping costs are calculated based on the combined weight and CMB (Cubic Meter – Volume calculations) of your order. The shipping costs are then added (as an additional charge) to the quoted/invoiced amount.
The estimated delivery time to destinations within Australia is 1 to 5 days. While we provide you with an estimated date for delivery of all parcels and while we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee time of delivery. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, insufficient or incorrect address information, holidays, or carrier complications.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping item/s back to U Like Homewares for a refund or exchange and the item/s are shipped at the customers own risk. In the case of an exchange, the buyer is also responsible for the cost of shipping of the exchanged item. Any item/s being sent back toU Like Homewares for a refund or exchange must be in brand new condition as received.

A refund will not be issued until the items have been returned to U Like Homewares and have been inspected. Items that have been approved to be sent back for a refund must be received within 7 days of the approval. Refunds will be credited to the customer via the initial method of payment. Any items not received byU Like Homewares within this time cannot be processed for a refund and will be returned to the customer.
